1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the website of Soul Healing Therapy & Training, LLC, ("Soul Healing," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the website. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Soul Healing.

2. Nature of Services & Professional Credentials

Soul Healing is a Georgia-based therapy and training practice. Our licensed professional provides the following services:

- Individual therapy and counseling
- Clinical hypnotherapy
- Counselor supervision (Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor services)
- Wellness education and training programs

Natasha Daniels is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) licensed by the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists. All professional services are provided in accordance with Georgia law, including O.C.G.A. Title 43, Chapter 10A, and the rules and regulations of the Georgia Composite Board (Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. 135 et seq.).

 

3. No Medical Advice — Scope of Services & Informational Purposes Only

While the services offered through this practice are provided by a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), the content on this website does not constitute medical advice, psychiatric treatment, medication management, or any form of medical healthcare.

4. No Therapist-Client Relationship

Your use of this website — including submitting contact forms, reading content, or otherwise interacting with this site — does NOT create a therapist-client, counselor-client, supervisor-supervisee, or any other professional relationship between you and Soul Healing or Natasha Daniels.

A professional relationship is established only upon completion of a formal intake process, execution of a written client services agreement, and confirmation of acceptance as a client. All services are subject to clinical appropriateness, availability, and mutual agreement.

5. TeleMental Health Services

Where TeleMental Health services are offered, they are provided in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists, including Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. 135-11 governing technology-assisted service delivery.

TeleMental Health services through this practice are available to clients physically located in the State of Georgia at the time of service, unless otherwise authorized by applicable licensure compacts or interstate agreements. It is your responsibility to confirm eligibility based on your location.

By engaging in TeleMental Health services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

- Technology-based services carry inherent privacy and security limitations distinct from in-person services
- Sessions may be interrupted by technical failures beyond our control
- You are responsible for ensuring a private, secure, and appropriate environment on your end
- Soul Healing uses secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms for all clinical communications

6. Clinical Hypnotherapy Notice

Clinical hypnotherapy services are provided by a licensed professional counselor trained in clinical hypnosis. In the State of Georgia, hypnotherapy is not separately licensed by state law (Ga. Code Ann. § 48-13-9). However, when delivered by a licensed professional counselor, hypnotherapy is performed within the full scope of that licensure and in accordance with applicable professional and ethical standards.

Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapeutic modality and is NOT a replacement for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or emergency mental health intervention. Clients are evaluated for clinical appropriateness prior to the use of hypnotherapy techniques. Hypnotherapy cannot make you do anything against your will and does not result in loss of consciousness or loss of control.

 7. Intensive Concierge Services

Soul Healing offers intensive trauma resolution services in half-day and full-day formats. These services are designed for eligible clients and are subject to clinical assessment, scheduling availability, and a signed client services agreement. Intensive services are Not emergency services and are not appropriate for clients in active crisis.

Payment terms, cancellation policies, rescheduling requirements, and refund conditions for intensive concierge sessions are governed by the separate Client Services Agreement provided at intake. Nothing on this website constitutes a reservation, commitment, or guarantee of service availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of Healing for the Soul Therapy & Training, LLC or its licensed content providers and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

- Reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any content without prior written permission
- Use content for commercial purposes or public display
- Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any portion of this website
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Healing for the Soul Therapy & Training, LLC, d/b/a Soul Healing, and its owner, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of this website.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Soul Healing in writing and allowing thirty (30) days for a good-faith response.

15. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this website, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Soul Healing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting to this website with an updated Effective Date.
